We've been providing installation services in southern California since 1987 (over 20 years). As a recipient of two Blue Ribbon awards from Haworth for furniture installations with over $1,000,000 list price with 0 punch (no mistakes), we do more than just say that we do the job right the first time.

Needs Assessment

To best determine the productive environment solution that works most effectively for your company, our design experts first discover all the details that could affect or be affected by a new design program. Once your specifications and goals have been determined, we then research which environmental design and which manufacturer will work to create maximum synergy in your workplace.

Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Our productivity design experts utilize the most advanced software programs to turn environmental plans into product specifications. Their computer aided design capability enables them to focus on the smallest details within the big picture.

Project Management

To ensure a smooth-running project, your i-TEC project manager and staff are on hand to manage the entire process, coordinating with electricians, telephone and voice/data companies to ensure completion.

Refurbishing

Our refurbishing experts have enabled many customers to get a longer lifespan out of their office furniture. We strive to dramatically improve the "look" of your work space with a refurbishment, which can provide a substantial savings over the cost of new furniture.

Reconfiguration

You'd be surprised how a reconfiguration of your existing furniture can dramatically improve the productivity and flow of your office space. Our computer aided design enables our design team to render any number of possibilities, which we use to select the setup that's just right for your current needs.

Rental

In light of the current market forcast and depending on your particular requirements and budget, renting furniture may be the best solution for your immediate and mid-term goals. Our rental staff meets with you to gain an understanding of your immediate needs. The rental option is a great alternative for companies who don't want to commit the financial resources for furniture purchases at the present time.

Installation

On all jobs, our field supervisors track the order, make sure that it arrives at your location, and meet the truck, where they check for freight damage. All details are attended to, from the biggest to the smallest. After your order is cleared, we then install it in a professional manner.

Purchasing

i-TEC also buys used furniture from customers. This is a much-appreciated service for companies who would otherwise have to donate the furniture or try and sell it themselves.
